This
image was created while I was working on a leadership training
event for partners within a management consulting firm. I
had done graphic facilitation for an earlier part of the agenda.
I kept hearing participants talking about the same qualities
they needed. So, I created the first version of this image
on a wall in the space - sort of thoughtful wallpaper. Many
folks responded to it during the event. I redrew the image
in marker below and printed copies for the participants to
take with them.
