This
image was created during a panel discussion of three speakers
during one of Organizational
Development Network of Chicago's monthly meeting. I drew
it in black pens in real time, coloring it in afterwards.
Normally, I'm working on 4' x 8' sheets of paper or large
dry erase board. Here's a case of the small journal page size
filling fast, needed color to help organize it.
